BOWERS 18C Firestone M-60 Polonium Spark Plugs in Wax Wrap Fits Military Jeep?

Description

This is a set of 12 Bowers 18C boxed Firestone, M-60,  Polonium spark plugs in a wax cocoon.
Five are still in the original boxes and seven do not have boxes.
1" hex and 18mm threads.
I assume they were for the military, but I do not know if WWII or the Korean war. Five come with boxes and none of the cocoons have been opened.
The one in the photo is my personal display one and is NOT included in the auction.
